What kind of product do you sell?
CoverMe Cases are covers that mold to your personal device.
Refund/Cancellation Questions
What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your CoverMe purchase CoverMe will replace the case at no charge for an equal to or lesser amount case within the first 30 days from your order date, if and only if there is a manufacturing defect or return of merchandise is un-used and the package is unopened. If the replacement case is a higher retail price, the customer will be charged the difference, including any applicable taxes that apply. If a refund is requested, CoverMe Cases will credit the customer the full purchase price of the order. Please keep in mind this does not include any shipping charges.
Ordering
When will my order ship?
For in stock items - once the order is processed they will be filled and shipped within 24 hours. Depending on your method of shipment selected will determine how long it takes for you to receive.

FedEx Standard Overnight (Next Weekday Afternoon) $29.50

How do I cancel or change my order?

What if the website is not accepting my credit card?
CoverMe Cases accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. If you are having problems inputting your credit card information please contact credit@covermecases.com and we will work with you to properly place your order.

How do I place an order?
- Browse through our categories until you find the perfect CoverMe Case for your mobile device.
- Click the “Add to cart” button for each product you would like to purchase.
- Click “Check Out”- Where you will fill out the appropriate information.
- Enter your payment information
- Submit your order!
- Patiently await your CoverMe Case!

Can I use one of your designs for personal use?
Unfortunately, CoverMe Cases does not permit the use of our copyrighted designs, though we are happy you like them!
